Licensing
Bymaekr projects are protected by intellectual property rights. When you make a purchase, you receive permission to use the information contained in the file for the construction of the design depicted. You may only use the information provided for the construction of one structure or object. Under no circumstances are you afforded the right to resell, license or freely distribute the purchased project. Maekr reserve the right to pursue legal claims if the project is sold or licensed, or the information is distributed in any way.
After purchasing digital items such as guides, you obtain permission to construct one object or structure depicted. If you want to build more than one building, you must either buy a guide for each required or contact us on Contact@bymaekr.com to discuss licensing. Maekr welcome you to modify the purchased design to meet each individuals needs, but please note that variants that originate from the Bymaekr.com information can only be used once for the construction of a single object or structure.
No permission is granted for the redistribution of the information sold regardless of whether any modifications have been made or not. The seller reserves all rights. No permission is granted to duplicate or modify the purchased project and sell it as the buyer’s own. If you would like to construct multiples of any structure or object, please contact the Maekr team on the email above or purchase the desired quantity of information/guides/instructions.

By engaging our products or services, you acknowledge that all rights, title, and interest in the Design Information remain with Bymaekr.com unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, share, or use the design information for any purpose other than that expressly authorised by Bymaekr.com. Any unauthorised use or disclosure may result in legal action, including claims for damages or injunctive relief. Delivery
Product will be sent after receiving payment confirmation. No payment is required for the shipping of digital goods. An e-mail with download link for the product will be supplied upon completion of payment.
